Here you will find answers to questions we regularly get asked by hunters.

What is your cancellation policy?

All Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted to Big Swamp Outfitters in writing or by email. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given to reschedule your hunt, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.

Is taxidermy included?

Taxidermy services are not included but we will be glad to put you in touch with our favorite providers. All taxidermy fees are the responsibility of the hunters.

Is meat processing included?

Meat processing is not included but we do know local processors and will be happy to coordinate this service at your request.

Do you offer transportation from the airport?

We can arrange transportation for a fee. Please get in touch with us for assistance.

Is cell service available at the preserve?

Cell service may be spotty. We recommend bringing a GPS communications device for your safety, although it is entirely up to you.

Are alcoholic beverages included?

We do not serve alcohol but you may bring your own. Please drink responsibly and limit consumption to maintain safety at all times.

Can I bring my dog?

We welcome your hunting dog as long as you let us know in advance. Please reach out to us prior to your hunt so we can assist you.
